Review of Sholay by Shree #AK49:

Once AK-49 went to watch Sholay film. After watching film someone asked him: who is big thief? Big dacoit? He said : Jay-Veeru!

He explained logic: Surma Bhpoli ne ghoshit kiya hai ki Jay and Veeru pakke aur chhate badmash hai. And look how Thakur joined with them. How Jay-Veeru fool villagers.They wear jeans. They ride scooter in age of tanga. One of them is drunkard. The other has affair with widow. Lover of Veeru inspires Ahmed Miyan, one of few muslims of village to go out of village so that dacoits can kill him. Thakur had no plan to save villagers but only to revenge killing of his own family members and cutting of his hands. Thakur was exploiting his servant called Ramlal. Jay and Veeru celebrate only festival of holi and not eid.
Then AK-49 was asked: what is your opinion about Gabbar Sinh? Dont you find him cruel, robber and having bad manners (spitting here and there)?
AK said: Not at all. He was just like us-aam aadmi. He had habit like our Bharti-spitting here and there. Jay Somnath.
Gabbar wears just one or two pairs of cloth like me. He has no home and lives on fund from villagers like I depend upon fund. They use horse as mode of travelling. Gabbar had Sambha who used to be PRO of him. Sambha used to go and stick posters of reward of 50000. I have two Sambhas. Ashutosh and Punya Prasoon. Gabbar used to abuse every body with Suvvar ke bachchon. I also abuse everybody who is against me. That's why I like Gabbar. Like he cut hands of Thakur, I also want to.....

Will Arvind Kejriwal meet same fate like VP Singh?

Arvind Kejriwal and late prime minister VP Singh have many things common.

(1) VP Singh was in Congress and was quite close to Rajiv Gandhi while Arvind Kejriwal is cloae to Sonia Gandhi.

(2) VP Singh resigned from Rajiv cabinet on name of Bofors scam. And fought loksabha election on name of bringing Rajiv and Amitabh to justice. Arvind Kejriwal fought Delhi election on name of Sheila Dixit to send her in jail.

(3) However after election VP Sinfh's party Janata Dal formed government with support of BJP and Left parties. Arvind Kejriwal formed govt on support of Congress.

(4) After winning election VP Singh too deviated from issue of corruption and diverted whole nation to mandal (reservation) issue. Nation was wholely polarised and some youths immolated themselves also. Arvind Kejriwal also did dharna against police and Union Home minister Sushil Kumar Shinde and diverted attention.

(5) VP Singh virtually did nothing in Bofors case. Arvind Kejriwal however talked too much in press conference, but not named Sheila Dixit in CWG street light scam. He again created controversy by ordering FIR against Veerappa Moily, Murli Deora and Mukesh Ambani, but did it smartly because it may not come under his ambit and ultimately quashed in court.

(6) VP Singh government fell down after BJP withdrew support. Here Kejriwal resigned himself as he failed to move JanLokpal bill in Delhi assembly.

(7) Narmada Bachao Andolan fame Medha Patkar is also common factor between V P Singh and Arvind Kejriwal. Medha ended her protest by accepting lime juice offered by V P Singh at Jantar Mantar in 2006. Medha Patkar also joined Anna Hazare's anti corruption movement in 2011. Medha has also supported Kejriwal's AAP and is believed that she would fight loksabha elections also.

(8) VP Singh govt and Janata Dal was full of contradictions. There were too much differences between the ministers and party members. VP Singh faced quite rough weather due to deputy prime minister Devi Lal. Arvind Kejriwal also faced rough weather due to his favourite minister Somnath Bharti. Also there are so much differences between members. Captain Gopinath was against Kejriwal's dharna. Kumar Biswas was praising Narendra Modi which was opposed by Mallika Sarabhai. Prashant Bhushan's advocacy of taking referendum had to be denounced by Arvind Kejriwal.

(9) One more similarity. Predecessor of V P Singh, Rajiv Gandhi was heavily guarded whereas V P Singh visited Golden Temple, Amritsar in open jeep. It was widely appreciated. Arvind Kejriwal too shunned security (however at auto risksha drivers conventions which was his last programme, and other programmes before he resigned, he was seen with guards and Union Home Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde said, Kejriwal is provided security).

After VP Singh govt fell down, VP Singh never become prime minister again. It would be interesting to see whether Arvind Kejiwal meet same fate. 

What is game plan of Kejriwal behind declaring corrupt leaders' list?

#AAPGovtInDelhi: Was declaration of contesting against so called corrupt politicians a gimmick of Arvind Kejriwal to divert attention from power cut and power tarriff rise in Delhi? 

Last time Kejriwal sat on dharna when there were high chances that police register FIR against law minister Somnath Bharti for his misbehaviour, abuse and alleged racist comment against Ugandian ladies. But instead Kejriwal smartly made Delhi police standing in cage of  accused.  

We know that Kejriwal fought against Sheila Dixit and defeated her. But in a way Sheilajee won as Kejriwal now doesn't talk about her corruption. 

So if he decides to field competant candidates against UPA leaders, (1) he is making impression strong that he is against Congress and in gaining votes, he could be first contender and BJP is second. And (2) He may be ensuring that these so called corrupt politicians get defeated but after election they will be in winning position like Sheila Dixit. But he conviniently forgets that Somnath Bharti has been indicted by CBI court for influencing prosecution witness. Bharti was defending client in corruption, I repeat, corruption case. 

As per Times Of India report,  CBI judge hauled up Bharti and his client Pawan Kumar - facing prosecution on corruption charges - after the CBI accused them of influencing a prosecution witness by speaking to him on phone and discussing the case. So there are high chances in future too that whenever Kejriwal himself or Any AAP leader be in fix, instead of defending, Kejriwal may create such high tension drama to divert attention.
