What is difference between boycott of Dilwale and Jay Ho movies?

Took part in talk show called 'day special' on GTPL news today (18th December 2015). Topic was Dilwale controversy. My say was Shahrukh tried to rise controversy with calculation to get publicity but it boomeranged. People joined themselves this time as they felt enough is enough. Shahrukh's movie is not boycotted because he was sitting besides Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi in IPL match, as Salman Khan's movie 'Jay Ho' boycotted by MIM leader Owaisi just because Salman Khan met then Gujarat CM Narendra Modi on Uttarayan festival, but Shahrukh's statement was seen as part of country maligning campaign.

He can oppose Narendra Modi if he doesn't like him or BJP or any person/body, but saying intolerance risen in country on mere two or three stray incidents is not right. Each country has this type of intolerance. Recently in US hate crime incidents are happening after San Bernardino attack.

Canadian writer Tarek Fateh, Writer Ruskin Bond, US president candidate Ted Cruz believe Bharat is tolerant.

To a question I said that at the same time people of Bharat are having very short memory or they are more tolerant. After some days they will forget and forgive Shahrukh Khan.

In reply to another question, I said Shahrukh Khan has not said sorry with full heartedly. He said he is asking to forgive him because he is vulnerable at this time. But once film will be super hit, he will see them (Dekh lenge type). (Watch here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rg1gm0xy0lg).

Devyani case: Why UPA govenment cat against Pakistan and lion against US?

Appreciate the way UPA government has taken firm, bold and fighting staps against US in Devyani Khobragade humiliation case. There is no doubt that US has acted injusticely. But some points need to be considered while going ga-ga with agony against US:
(1) Why UPA government did not show this much courage when dignitaries such as Kalam, Shahrukh Khan were frisked at US airports?

(2) Why UPA government specially MEA minister Mr Salman Khushid did not become angry when Pakistan army soldiers entered in Kashmir and beheaded two Bhartiya soldiers?

(3) Is it because votebank politics? As Mayawati pointed out Devyani is dalit. So acting tough against US can please Dalits and Muslims as many muslims are anti US specially after year 2001. While taking bold steps against Pakistan would make its vote bank unhappy.

(4) Major point is that Devyani's father Uttam Khorgade is former IAS officer and was involved with Adarsh housing society. So doubt raises that as its three chief ministers are accused in case there may be fear to come out truth from Uttam.

Devyani Khobragade owns a flat in the infamous Adarsh. Her father Uttam Khobragade was one of the bureaucrats who allegedly misused their positions to help Adarsh. It was during his tenure as general manager of BEST, the civic-owned bus and electricity utility in Mumbai, that the Adarsh Society got additional building rights from an adjacent BEST bus depot. This allowed the society promoters to increase the original plan of six floors to a massive 31 floors. While the Khobragades may want us to believe this is mere coincidence, only other bureaucrats and politicians caught with their hands in the Adarsh till may take such a claim at face value.

That's not all when it comes to Devyani's real estate holdings in Mumbai. When she got the Adarsh flat, she already owned a flat in another government housing society in Oshiwara, which too was allotted under the state government's 10 per cent quota where recipients get flats at extremely cheap rates as compared to Mumbai's stratospheric market prices, and which is another fount of corruption in Mumbai, with most flats cornered by politicians and their relatives, and of course bureaucrats and their relatives, and those connected to their powers that be, making a mockery of the 10 percent quota supposedly for helping citizens who need it most. As the Economic Times reports, a massive 42 percent of such flats allocated in the past 10 years were resold by allottees at much higher prices, making a killing in the bargain at the expense of the taxpayer and the common Indian. Things have become so bad with the 10 percent quota that the Bombay High Court recently warned the Maharashtra government of contempt if it continued to stonewall requests to name double and multiple allottees of such flats.

In Devyani's case, what makes the issue even murkier is the guideline which states that no one can get flats in two housing societies which get land on....

It is right time to attack!

US forces intruded into Pakistan’s ‘sovereign’ territory and killed out Osama Bin Laden, the man created by US itself. US knows how to be superpower. Killing of Laden has shown that if US can create monster, it can destroy too. US also values its citizens lives, be it only one citizen.

It would be very appropriate to remind incidence of Raymond Devis, an American diplomat who was arrested in Pakistan for charge of killing two Pakistanis. What happened in this case? Did US watch this incidence mutely as India watched in case of Sarabjit?

No. US stopped talking with Pakistan. It took all the ways to ensure safe release of its citizen, whether he was innocent or criminal was another matter. Atlast, victim pakistanis’ families accepted blood money and Raymond Devis was freed.

Thus US values it’s citizen. But does India?

No. There are infinent number of Indians killed in Pakistan sponsered terrorism. But India could do nothing but either talking in tough terms or inviting Pakistani leasders with red carpet welcome! Recall Musharraf’s failed Agra meeting or Gilani’s Mohali match watching!

I draw parellal between India and a holy cow! Just few days back I saw a scene on footpath. Cow and two-three dogs were eating from pile of dust. Dogs were just barking and cow was running away due to fear of dogs. It was really strange that cow had height, body, horns all the things required to fight well with dogs and dogs were had just courage!

India too has all the things, big army, weapons, missiles and nuclear weapons except courage! Pakistan, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka has just this thing – courage. Otherwise this is the right time to attack Pakistan. Pakistan is in defence position with Laden found in its territory and it’s clear proof that Pakistan harbours terrorists. If India would have attacked, world including US would not oppose it. Now situation is that Pakistan has put its army on India border and to get attention of fundamentalists away from Laden death, it may attack India.

Really, India is holy cow!
